MORE INFORMATION Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient group therapy program for adults 65 years of age and older who are struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety that are often related to aging. People may benefit from the program if they have: * Recently experienced a traumatic event * Lost a spouse or close family member * Lost interest in previously enjoyed activities * Changes in appetite * Difficulty sleeping * Loss of energy * Feelings of sadness or grief lasting more than two weeks * Feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness * Dealing with a chronic health condition or diagnosis Following an assessment, patients meet up to three times per week in a supportive, encouraging group setting.
