Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences.

MORE INFORMATION
The client services program is the core program and gateway to other services. After an initial intake and assessment is completed, an individual plan for each client is established and implemented, which will include:
- Advocacy - develop a case plan with goal, provide information and referrals to services or agencies
- Educational support groups
- Assessing survivor needs
- Developing care plans
- Facilitating community reintegration
- Promote self-sufficiency
