Provides services to people of African descent who are living with, or affected by Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS)
All services are fully integrated into a continuum of HIV prevention and care designed to provide individuals with full access to all services the agency offers.
Current services include, but may not be limited to:
- HIV counseling, testing and referrals
- HIV health education/risk reduction
- Prevention education/harm reduction
- AIDS drug assistance program
- Medical Transportation assistance
- Culturally specific emotional support groups (men and women)
- Medical case management
- Mental health access
- Technical assistance and counseling services
- Eliminating health disparities initiative
