Provides services to people of African descent who are living with, or affected by Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) All services are fully integrated into a continuum of HIV prevention and care designed to provide individuals with full access to all services the agency offers. Current services include, but may not be limited to:
  • HIV counseling, testing and referrals
  • HIV health education/risk reduction
  • Prevention education/harm reduction
  • AIDS drug assistance program
  • Medical Transportation assistance
  • Culturally specific emotional support groups (men and women)
  • Medical case management
  • Mental health access
  • Technical assistance and counseling services
  • Eliminating health disparities initiative
