DESCRIPTION: A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION The Carondelet Village Memory Café provides an opportunity for people with dementia, families and caregivers to meet, ask questions of professionals and learn from the experiences of others. * An informal and social environment in which to learn new skills, undertake meaningful activities and listen to guest speakers. * Light refreshments are served. * The Memory Café has an open door policy for everyone. GracePointe Crossing provides a Memory Care Cafe at the Heritage Center on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 10:00am - 11:30am. Provides online grief support groups.
