At Home Services

  • Friendly visiting
Companionship programs provide volunteers to visit with people who are in the hospital, unable to leave their home, or socially isolated. Visitors provide conversation, reading or other social activities to help keep older adults or people with disabilities engaged. MORE INFORMATION Volunteers provide friendly visiting and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or sporadically.
  • May include walks, doing puzzles, playing games or simply spending time with an individual
If more than two hours per week of service is needed, the Care Partner staffed service may be able to assist.
