Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible MORE INFORMATION The Minnesota Elder Justice Center provides free advocacy services for victims of vulnerable adult and elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Victim advocacy services include:
  • Supportive listening
  • Help with complicated systems and processes
  • Making a plan for the future
  • Related victim advocacy services
  • Legal service supports and referrals
  • Limited pro bono legal representation in some circumstances
Provides professional training and community education presentations throughout Minnesota on elder or vulnerable adult abuse, neglect and financial exploitation
