In order to receive car repair services, individuals must:
* Live in Anoka County
* Very low to moderate income
* Car insurance on the vehicle
* Driver's license with current address
* Car registered in your name
* Not able to assist with non-running vehicles, transmissions, engines, and other major repairs or bodywork

9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
