Information, guidance and support for family and other informal caregivers, typically through in-person meetings, over the phone or using online communications. MORE INFORMATION This is a program that works with caregivers caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Special focus is placed on education regarding dementia and building a caregiver's support network.
