Groups include: * Taxpayers who have disabilities, speak limited English or are minority, low-income, or elderly * Military service members * Tax professionals, both paid and volunteer Outreach includes education and resources about: * Income tax education and assistance for those age 60+, persons with a disability, those who speak limited or no English, those with an annual income of less than $67,000 * Tax credits and refunds and how to qualify for them * Minnesota tax laws * Taxpayer rights and responsibilities * Department initiatives, systems, and other announcements Some services are offered in languages other than English.
