The rent is not subsidized by the government or other agencies. Senior housing is provided in a secure environment which may offer social events with the other residents and may have a communal dining facility. MORE INFORMATION Crystal Brook Senior Living and Grand Arbor are an "aging in place" housing model, also known as a hybrid senior lifestyle model, allowing residents to start in senior apartments and add services as needed without having to move to a new area of the building. The Lakes senior apartments features one and two bedroom apartments and include full laundry and kitchens.
