Program Amenities

Housing for people with low income, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION Housing with supportive case management is available throughout the Duluth community.
  • Provides emergency rental assistance, advocating with youth regarding landlord and utility company matters, support youth with move-in assistance and handle rapid rehousing if needed.
