Telephone check-ins provided to older adults or people with disabilities to enhance the health, safety and quality of life of people living alone. MORE INFORMATION Offers two programs:
  • Care Calls: Daily calls for medication, meal and activity reminders or just to check-in
  • Monitored Check-Ins
  • Allows individuals to text, email or leave a voicemail with the agency
  • If there is no check in message, a phone call is placed to the individual to confirm their safety
