Todd has been providing safety, health, and loss control consulting services in the public and private sectors for over 30 years. In his current role as Safety and Loss Control Program Manager for the State of Minnesota’s Risk Management Division, Todd and his team of professionals help over 100 state agencies, boards and commissions identify, understand and control losses associated with workplace injuries.
Todd is also the Risk Management Division’s Property and Casualty Program Manager. Under Todd’s guidance, the program provides property insurance for over $16 billion in property value, auto liability coverage for over 13,000 state vehicles, and general liability coverage for many of the state’s operations.
