Kelly Wilder

Kelly Wilder is Policy and Planning Consultant in the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Division of Fish and Wildlife, where she provides conflict management training and services. Previously, Kelly has volunteered as a district court mediator, served as in-house counsel for a consulting company, and facilitated collaborative efforts among federal, tribal, state, and local governments, and diverse stakeholders, on a variety of natural and cultural resource issues in a number of states. A graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Kelly is a Rule 114 qualified neutral, member of the National Roster of Dispute Resolution and Consensus Building Professionals, and ethics representative on the Association for Conflict Resolution’s Environment and Public Policy Section leadership council.
