Human-centered Design in CI

Course Overview

Are you looking for customer-focused tools to create new and innovative solutions? Human-centered Design (HCD) is a process that starts with the customers you serve and ends with new solutions that are focused on customer needs. 

In this course you will learn what HCD is, how it is applied to your everyday work, and the benefit of creating solutions when you involve the perspective of the customer in all steps of the process. 

What you will learn:

  • Develop an understanding of the Human-centered Design process
  • Learn how developing empathy for your customer will lead to designing a solution that best meets their needs
  • Create customer focused solutions

None.

Training Length

Approximately three and a half hours.

Cost

There is no cost for public sector employees to attend this training.
