Enterprise Operations Sustainability – Department of Commerce, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Department of Administration
Objective: Design and implement a governance structure to ensure that Minnesota state government effectively and efficiently achieves and communicates sustainability results. This governance structure will help to align and manage requirements, goals, and groups.
Consumer Services Center Improvement – Minnesota Department of Commerce
Objective: Create a consumer services model that increase the timeliness, thoroughness, efficiency, and consistency of addressing inquiries and complaints by licensees and consumers and advances Commerce’s goal of being an employer of choice.
Asset Management – Minnesota Department of Health
Objective: Develop a unified asset management procedure across the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) that provides a clear, common, efficient, and effective set of steps for all divisions to follow to create a unified, authoritative set of asset data accessible for review during the physical inventory process.
Receivable and Debt Collection Initiative – Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry
Objective: Revise and implement a unified set of accounts receivable and debt collection policies and procedures that provide a clear, common, efficient, and effective set of standards that comply with statutes and best practices.
Purchasing Standards – Minnesota Department of Administration
Objective: Make a unified set of purchasing standards across the Department of Administration that provides a clear, efficient, and effective set of standards for all divisions.
Recruiting Practices and Minimum Qualification Determination – Board of Water and Soil Resources
Objective: Identify ways to increase the number of candidates who apply for positions at the Board of Water and Soil Resources who meet the minimum qualifications for both metro and greater Minnesota locations.
