MNCI works with executive branch state agencies to achieve the following:
- Education: provide the opportunity for foundational CI training to all executive branch state agencies
- Results: lead projects that have enterprise-wide impact
- Culture: engage with management and leadership teams to facilitate changes needed to establish or improve CI culture; support state agency CI efforts/teams
- Information: collect, curate, and utilize data to improve our services
