Cian is an approved provider for pop-sites, semi-permanent sites, at-home tests, bulk order tests, and lab processing. Cian has supported schools, school districts, universities, long term care facilities, correctional facilities and has held community testing sites. Cian has been a key partner to the State of Maryland during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cian can do PCR nasal testing, rapid antigen testing (Binax Now) and expects to have saliva testing capabilities soon.

Homeland Health Specialists (“Homeland”) is an approved provider for all Tasks (pop-up sites, semi-permanent sites, at-home tests, bulk order tests, and lab processing). Homeland can provide nasal, or saliva testing delivered via PCR or rapid testing method. Homeland has been a partner to the State of Minnesota since the beginning of the pandemic, providing community testing, and working directly with the State Emergency Operation Center, the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Department of Veteran Affairs on large-scale testing initiatives across the State. Homeland partners with the University of Minnesota Genomic Center and Mayo Clinic Labs for lab services.

Kashi Clinical Laboratories, a high-complexity CLIA testing laboratory, is an approved provider of pop-up testing sites, semi-permanent testing sites, bulk order tests, and lab processing. Kashi does nasal and saliva testing. They offer PCR tests, rapid antigen tests, sequencing, surface testing and pool tests. Kashi has worked with Oregon, North Carolina and California and congregate care facilities.

Mayo Clinic Laboratories is an approved provider of laboratory testing as well as supporting pop-up testing site logistics and operations. Clinic Laboratories has provided laboratory testing support from the start of the pandemic as one of the members of the Minnesota moonshot testing goal, coordinated specimen logistic support for largescale testing programs across the state of Minnesota, and providing testing support to underserved populations.
