Legacy Amendment
In 2008, Minnesota voters passed the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment to the Minnesota Constitution. The amendment -- often referred to more simply as the Legacy Amendment -- provides funding for state archaeological surveys as well as various other preservation programs.
