Questionnaire Assistance Centers

Do you need help completing your 2020 Census form? If so, one of Minnesota’s 2020 Census Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QACs) may be able to assist you!

***In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, most Questionnaire Assistance Centers have suspended in-person services.***

Some QACs are accepting 2020 Census questions via telephone and/or email. As we receive updates from individual locations, we are updating our website. Please call or email the QAC in your community for the most current information about available services and hours.

The Minnesota State Demographic Center, in collaboration with the public libraries throughout Minnesota and other 2020 Census partners, has established over 400 QACs across the State of Minnesota. These are locations where you will be able to fill out your 2020 Census online and you’ll have access to the Internet, electronic devices on which to fill out your form, and trained QAC staff members who can answer any questions you may have.

To find the most conveniently located QAC near you, as well as contact details, hours of operation, and other useful information, please checkout our QAC map and directory below.

If you have trouble using the DataGrid application, you may download this SCV file and open it up in your preferred spreadsheet application.
