Troubleshooting
You can prepare for some issues ahead of time by learning some simple troubleshooting steps.
Below are two possible problems. Think about what you would do, then click the item to see one possible solution.
Two devices which talk to each other wirelessly (such as using Bluetooth) might get “unpaired”.
“Pair” the devices again.
Two pieces of software that talk may both start speaking at the same time.
Turn off one of the software’s speech options so it does not automatically start talking when you launch the software.
