Troubleshooting

Chances are one day you will have a problem with your device when you really need to use it! When this happens, you will need to know what to do. If you plan ahead, you will be ready!

You should ALWAYS have a back-up plan for times when your technology is not working as needed, such as:

  • Having a second device or way to perform the task.
  • Knowing who to call if you need help troubleshooting your device (see Module 5).
