Patricia J. Milun Patricia J. Milun

Judge Milun graduated from the College of St. Benedict's in 1981 and the William Mitchell College of Law in 1985. She worked for Larsen, Heck, Klimek & Powell for five years as a workers' compensation attorney. From 1993 until her appointment as chief judge of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals in 2011, she worked as a workers' compensation judge at the Department of Labor & Industry and the Office of Administrative Hearings, except from 2001 to 2003 when she was Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Labor & Industry.

Manuel J. Cervantes Manuel J. Cervantes

Judge Cervantes received a B.A. from Macalester College in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1980. Judge Cervantes previously served on the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals from 1986 to 1992. He was a referee in Ramsey County Family Court from 1992 to 2002, the St. Paul City Attorney from 2002 to 2006, an Assistant Attorney General in the Health Licensing and Charities Division from 2006 to 2008, and served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Office of Administrative Hearings from 2008 until his appointment to the court in 2013.

Gary M. Hall Gary M. Hall

Judge Hall graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1979, and from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1982. Before appointment to the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals in 2012, Judge Hall was a Workers' Compensation Specialist/Attorney with the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry from 1984 to 1991, and a Workers' Compensation Judge with the Department of Labor & Industry and the Office of Administrative Hearings from 1991 to 2011. Judge Hall also served as Assistant Commissioner for Workers' Compensation at the Department of Labor & Industry from 2001 to 2003 and from 2011 to 2012

David A. Stofferahn David A. Stofferahn

Judge Stofferahn received a B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1976. Judge Stofferahn was an attorney with the law firm of Sieben, Grose, and Von Holtum for 25 years, representing injured people in workers' compensation cases. He was appointed to the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals in April 2002.

Debra A. Wilson Debra A. Wilson

Judge Wilson received a B.A. from Luther College in 1971, an M.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1973, and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981. She was an attorney with the firm of Fitch, Johnson, Larson and Walsh for five years practicing primarily in the area of workers' compensation defense. Judge Wilson then served as a Compensation Judge at the Office of Administrative Hearings from 1986 until 1991 when she was appointed to the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals.
