OET serves Minnesota state government and other organizations, including: executive branch agencies, boards, councils and commissions, K-12 schools and higher education, county and local governments, and some nonprofits.
To find out if your organization uses OET services, use the Find Your Account Manager feature. If you do not find your organization on that list, and you are eligible to be an OET customer, please contact our Client Relations department for more information about using OET services.
To get help with MN.IT services, authorized Service Desk customers may contact the Service Desk using their MN.IT login or by calling the Service Desk.

If you have questions about your bill, or need to request a debit, credit, or a charge number, you can find what you need in the MN.IT transactional ordering tool. Login through the online portal, then look for the Billing Inquiries link in the More Info section. You can also call or email the Service Desk.

For most services, you can use our new transactional MN.IT ordering tool. Login to MN.IT to order, add or change most services.
Some service fulfillment, however, remains in our legacy system (also known as COSWEB) until we've fully transitioned all services into MN.IT. This includes:

Some products and services can be ordered through our transactional MN.IT ordering tool. Other "designed" services must be tailored to meet your specific requirements. For designed services, OET provides consultation, needs assessment, analysis, design and implementation.
Look in the Getting Started tab for each service to find out how to order it, or how to contact your Account Manager for details about ordering.
Find the current rates in our Products and Services section. You can also find a link to the rates and other cost information, on the Pricing tab of each Product or Service description page. Select the name of the service you're interested in to see the Overview, Features & Benefits, Getting Started and Pricing information.
OET manages a program called BUY-IT that sets standard hardware configurations and negotiates contracts to purchase standard hardware and software at reduced rates. You can find more information in the Products and Services section on the Standard Products link.
The Office of Enterprise Technology maintains a complete listing of qualified vendors who have been approved to provide professional and technical services under the Master Contract Program.
