Lease desktop and laptop computers that conform to state standards and requirements.
Overview
Desktop computer leasing
Three-year leases are available for desktop computers that meet the following minimum standards defined by the IT Standards and Resource Management (ISRM) group:
Standard (minimum specifications)
- 3.0 GHz - single core processor
- 2 GB of memory with two open ports
- 80 GB hard drive
- Windows operating system
- CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo
- Integrated video - 6 USB ports
- Integrated Gigabit Ethernet
- One open PCI Express X-16 slot
- Two open PCI slots
- Keyboard and mouse.
Advanced (minimum specifications)
- 2.66 GHz - dual core processor
- 2 GB of memory with two open ports
- 160 GB hard drive - Windows operating system
- CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo
- 256 MB video with discrete dual video ports
- 6 USB ports
- Integrated Gigabit Ethernet
- One open PCI Express X-16 slot andtwo open PCI slots
- Keyboard and mouse
Laptop computer leasing

- Processor - 2.4 GHz - single core
- Memory - 2 GB
- 160 GB hard drive
- Operating system (Windows)
- 802.11 a/g/n wireless networking
- CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo
- 128 MB video
- 14 inch display
- 2 USB ports
- 3-year Next business day support
- Integrated Gigabit Ethernet
- Laptop must be dockable
- Max weight 6 lbs.

Advanced (minimum specifications)
- Processor - 2.4 GHz - single core
- Memory - 4 GB
- 160 GB hard drive
- Operating system (Windows)
- 802.11 a/g/n wireless networking

- 3-year Next business day support

Features & Benefits
At the end of the three-year lease, the desktop/laptop belongs to your organization. This arrangement allows for computer purchase costs to be spread over three years.
Getting Started
All desktop/laptop computers will need to be imaged and deployed. If your organization does not currently use OET contracted services to support leased desktop/laptop computers, additional hourly charges may apply for imaging and deployment.
