Contact Center Minnesota, a single-point phone number with interactive voice response that points to staff, can be used by agency call center staff for telephone calls, email, web chats, correspondence queues, interactive voice response (IVR), call recording, screen pops from a database, and skills-based routing. MNET (Minnesota’s Network for Enterprise Telecommunications) is the transport for these services.
