Managing RFPs and SOWs
Most RFPs and SOWs are handled by your organization's Contract Coordinator. Please consult them before initiating an RFP or SOW. Check the State Agency Professional Technical Contract Coordinators list for your agency's authorized contact.
The Master Contract Program
The I T Professional Technical Services Master Contract Program (MCP) - 902TS helps agencies and vendors connect with one another to complete Information Technology (IT) project work, or to provide agencies with additional IT personnel needed to assist in completing current IT projects. This program runs from 7/1/2009 to 6/30/2014. Highlights include:
- Can be used for work up to $2,000,000
- A common place for customer forms and publication of work requests
- Vendor insurance compliance is monitored by OET
- No need to do a formal RFP or informal solicitation - work order can be written against existing master contracts
SOWs
The Master Contract Program 902TS allows customers to request contracting work through a Statement of Work from an approved list of vendors rather than completing a full RFP for all engagements.

Complete the documentation listed below and submit it to the Office of Enterprise Technology in one of the following ways:

Go to 2nd floor. After exiting the elevators, go to the west side of the lobby. At the empty reception desk, look for the mail box labeled "Office of Enterprise Technology: ISRM Inbox." Please do not leave items with the guard or security desk personnel.
