Judge Johnson was appointed as Workers' Compensation Judge in 1994.

Over the course of nearly thirty years, Judge Johnson has served in the workers’ compensation legal field as a Compensation Judge, Chief Settlement Judge, Assistant General Counsel, and Staff Attorney. In addition to hearing and deciding contested workers’ compensation cases, she has managed the promulgation of many sets of workers’ compensation rules, and proposed and drafted workers’ compensation and employment law legislation.
