Judge O’Malley was appointed as Assistant Chief Compensation Judge in November of 2010.
Over the course of a 35-year career in the law and law enforcement, Judge O’Malley was a leader in improving professional practice, training and ethical standards among peace officers. In addition to his leadership of state and national law enforcement associations, Judge O’Malley has written extensively on best practices, compliance issues and ethical standards for sworn officers.
