Certificate of Readiness

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), Workers’ Compensation Division, requires a Certificate of Readiness (COR) to be filed when cases are ready to be set. The COR should be filed when all parties are in agreement that the case should be set for hearing. If the parties are not in agreement, the employee's counsel may still file the COR but another party may object.

The goal of the COR process is to set the matter on for hearing within 3 months of the filing of the COR.
