The Court Administration Office is located on the first floor of the Douglas County Courthouse. Using the entrance off of 7th Ave, the office is to the left. There is a window on the right side of the hallway for public access to the department.

Mankato, MN - Blue Earth County Justice Center

Hours: 8:00-4:30 M-F

Free public parking is available in the lot in front of the building. The county observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; Christmas Eve (close at 3 P.M.); and Christmas Day.

Rochester, MN - Olmsted County Government Center

Hours: 8:00-4:30 M-F

Public parking is available in the lot in front of the building (90-minute meters) and also in the Holiday Inn ramp, which is connected to the Government Center via skyway.

The court observes the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran's Day; Thanksgiving Day and the day after; and Christmas Day. Effective August 8, 2008, counter service and phone service will be curtailed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. each day (Monday-Friday).
