The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) has offices in both St. Paul and Duluth. Judges from the OAH also travel state-wide to conduct hearings and mediations. The OAH can schedule matters at virtually any location agreeable to all parties involved in the case. In an effort to maintain efficiency and reduce travel expenses, the OAH has partnered with several court administrators across the state to create “hub city facilities” where OAH matters are heard on a regular basis.
