The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) provides court reporter services for parties involved in OAH matters. Typically, OAH staff determines when a digital recording or a court reporter is necessary or mandatory; however, court reporters may also be made available upon request. All requests should be made at least 14 days in advance of the proposed conference, mediation or hearing date.
The OAH hires court reporters from the current State of Minnesota Master Contract List.
