The proposed rules of the Board of Psychology relating to the practice of psychology, (Minnesota Rules, Parts 7200.0110 through 7200.6100) have been assigned to Judge Eric L. Lipman.
As part of the rulemaking process, a hearing was held on August 9, 2012 in Pohlad Hall of the Hennepin County Library, 300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN. During the hearing a twenty calendar-day period was set for the receipt of written comments regarding the proposed rules. Thus, the initial deadline for the submssion of written coments in this rulemaking proceedings was 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 30, 2012.
After the period for submission of written comments ends, state law provides the agency and all interested persons an additional period of five working days for filing a written response to any comments which were submitted during the initial comment period. New matters may not be introduced or raised during this five-day rebuttal period. The five-day rebuttal period will expire at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2012.
