The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) - Administrative Law Division is considering a series of amendments to its procedural rules.
The object of these revisions is to streamline hearing practices across different types of administrative proceedings, better reflect the technological changes that have occurred since September of 2001 (when the last revision of OAH's procedural rules was completed) and more closely align OAH hearing procedures with the General Rules of Pactice of the District Courts.
The OAH invites comments and suggestions from members of the public on possible revisions to its procedural rules. Interested persons are invited to e-mail, mail, fax, or deliver public comments to Assistant Chief Judge Lipman at:
Honorable Eric L. Lipman
Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge
