April 23, 2014 - The ALJ concludes that Stoneray has satisfied the applicable legal requirements and, accordingly, recommends that the Commission grant a site permit for the Project, subject to the conditions discussed below.
April 17, 2014 - The Motion to Compel Recently Discovered Documents Withheld by the DNR is GRANTED with respect to certain documentation provided, under seal, to the Department with a copy of this Order.
As a sanction for its failure to provide the identified documentation pursuant to Rogers’ duly-served discovery request, the Department is ordered to reimburse Rogers for the cost of bringing the Motion to Compel Recently Discovered Documents Withheld by the DNR.
April 09, 2014 - The above named rules, in the form published in the State Register on October 28, 2013, with the modifications indicated in Revisor’s document AR4181, with the revisions dated January 23, 2014 and March 4, 2014, are approved as to legality.

2. The Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules Without a Public Hearing is APPROVED contingent upon:

April 01, 2014 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that because Mr. Munn is incarcerated, and will have a new risk level review prior to his release from prison, Mr. Munn’s risk level appeal is mooted. The Department is entitled to disposition as a matter of law.
