January 04, 2013 - On December 3, 2012, Keith Johnson filed a campaign complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings alleging that Allan Knutson and Concerned Citizens of Grove City violated Minnesota Statutes § 211B.04 (disclaimer requirement) and § 211B.06 (false campaign material) with respect to a campaign flyer they prepared and disseminated concerning the Grove City mayoral and city council races in the November 6, 2012, general election. Administrative Law Judge Manuel Cervantes reviewed the Complaint and, by Order dated December 5, 2012, determined that the Complaint set forth prima facie violations of Minnesota Statutes §§ 211B.04 and 211B.06.
