Specifically, the Complaint alleges that Respondent failed to report his total expenditures for two billboards he rented to promote his candidacy.

February 06, 2013 - In this rulemaking proceeding, the Department proposes to revise parts 4620.3900 through 4620.4800 of its existing rules (pertaining to indoor ice arenas) and add new rule parts 4620.5000 through 4620.5950 (pertaining to indoor motorsports arenas). The proposed rules clarify air monitoring and documentation requirements; establish action levels for carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide.
February 05, 2013 - This Fair Campaign Practices complaint matter is awaiting hearing pursuant to the remand from the Minnesota Supreme Court on Complainants’ allegations of Chapter 211A violations by the St. Louis County School District and School Board members in connection with a December 2009 school bond referendum special election.

Stat. § 211B.06 by preparing and disseminating campaign material prior to the November 6, 2012, general election that stated, among other claims, that Rick Olseen did not serve on the Education committee while a state senator? The Panel concludes that the Complainant has established that Respondents violated Minn. Stat. § 211B.06. The Panel concludes further that it is appropriate to assess Respondents a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.
