To get technical help, authorized MN.IT Service Desk customers should login to the MN.IT Mall online.
If you have questions about your bill, or need to request a debit, credit, or a charge number, you can find what you need by visiting the MN.IT Mall online.
For most services, you can use the MN.IT Mall online to order, add or change most services.
Some service fulfillment, however, remains in our legacy system (also known as COSWEB) until we've fully transitioned all services into to MN.IT Mall online. This includes:

Some products and services can be ordered through the MN.IT Mall. Other "designed" services must be tailored to meet your specific requirements. For designed services, MN.IT provides consultation, needs assessment, analysis, design and implementation.

The Office of Enterprise Technology maintains a complete listing of qualified vendors who have been approved to provide professional and technical services under the Master Contract Program.
