21, 2015 - The avian flu had a major impact on Minnesota, which is the number one turkey producer in the nation. More than 100 farms were impacted and 9,000,000 birds were lost to the disease. Minnesota is bracing for another round of avian flu as bird migration begins. MN.IT Services is ready to join the fight as it did earlier this year.

21, 2014 - The MN.IT geospatial team with members from from DNR, MnGeo, and state, federal, education and private partners, were awarded the Governor’s Geospatial Commendation Award for the Minnesota Elevation Mapping Project. The Commendation Award recognizes a commitment to “coordinated, affordable, reliable and effective” use of GIS to improve services within Minnesota.
