Courses Receive 2007 Best of Web Digital Government Achievement Award
The Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities is a winner of the 2007 Best of the Web Digital Government Achievement Award. The award is in the Government-to-Citizen category, under State Government, for the Partners in Policymaking® online courses.
The Digital Government Achievement Award is a national program that recognizes outstanding agency and department Web sites and applications that enhance information interactions, transactions and/or services. The categories include government-to-government, government-to-business, government-to-citizen, and government internal.
For a decade, the leading edge of service delivery has been at the portal where governmental and educational entities have presented a single face to their respective publics. The Best of the Web (BOW) recognizes and celebrates the innovations and resulting maturity in providing solutions and communicating well with citizens, businesses or educational communities.
More information on the award, and the full list of 2007 winners, can be found at the Center for Digital Government Web site.
