Interest in developmental disabilities As someone with a developmental disability, and the brother of someone with a developmental disability, I live through many issues that affect those people's lives. As such, I am interested in doing whatever I can to improve their lives.
Experience in developmental disabilities

I have recently started my second term on the council, and also have my own life experience and that of my brother.

Anything else
about yourself
I love all kinds of music, and enjoy reading. I'm more of a laid back quiet kind of guy, but I enjoy meeting all sorts of people and learning different perspectives on life.

The GCDD is funded under the provisions of P.L. 106-402. The federal law also provides funding to the Minnesota Disability Law Center, the state Protection and Advocacy System, and to the Institute on Community Integration, the state University Center for Excellence. The Minnesota network of programs works to increase the IPSII of people with developmental disabilities and families into community life.
