Minnesota Statutes 13


The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act regulates the collection, creation, storage and access to government data maintained by governmental entities.  The law presumes that government data are public and accessible by the public for inspection and copying unless there is a law or temporary classification of data that makes certain data not public.
