Training & Support

SWIFT's Training and Agency Support team provides instruction and assistance to all SWIFT users. There is an extensive set of self-directed training and resource materials as well as scheduled classroom and online courses available to new and existing users. The team also provides a knowledgeable Help Desk providing support via telephone.
