The Minnesota National Guard is seeking to highlight and honor Minnesota military families who represent the strength and continuity of service across generations. Military Appreciation Day is an opportunity to educate fairgoers about Minnesota’s military community and honor those who serve – and have served – in the U.S. Armed Forces.

If your family includes both current service members and Veterans, the National Guard would like to hear from you about participating in a special program. They are especially interested in connecting with families who have served across multiple generations – including grandparents, parents, children, siblings or extended relatives who have worn the uniform. Your family’s story helps show what service and sacrifice look like across time.
