League of Minnesota Human Rights Commissions

The League of Minnesota Human Rights Commissions is a voluntary, non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and advancement of human rights.

League of MN Human Rights CommissionsFounded in 1971 and reorganized in 1987, the League is a coalition of local human rights commissions, which have been established by charter or ordinance in communities throughout Minnesota. While its member commissions are public agencies, the League is a private, non-governmental organization. The Board of Directors consists of 20 members, who meet monthly.
