Goals are expressed in percentages of the total hours of employment and training of women and minorities used on the project.

Hennepin and Ramsey Counties

Includes Hennepin and Ramsey counties and cities within those counties

Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Scott and Washington Counties

• Minority goal: 22%

Central Minnesota
