Affirmative Action Plans

What is an Affirmative Action Plan?

An Affirmative Action Plan outlines the specific steps a business will take to promote equal employment opportunities for women, people of color, and individuals with disabilities.

The plan includes a contractor's self-examination and analysis of its workforce and employment practices and sets forth action-oriented company policies and programs to identify and correct any deficiencies in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity. It does not set quotas.
