In the Department's semi-annual report for the first half of 2013, Commissioner Kevin Lindsey outlined the Department's ongoing progress in streamlining its enforcement efforts. In the past six months, MDHR issued 405 investigation memoranda, which is an increase of 17 percent over the previous reporting period and a 63 percent increase in the number of investigation memoranda completed over the first six months of 2012.
