The speaker is Judge Eric Lipman, from the Office of Administrative Hearings. Judge Lipman will detail the impact that the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment, and Title VII, have upon the workplace, as well as our ethical responsibilities to maintain a discrimination-free workplace. Course attendees will explore these ideas through the lens of a current case -- EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch Stores, Inc. -- which was argued in February before the U.S. Supreme Court. This course will be an update to courses given earlier (#189899 - 5/6/2014 and #192684 - 6/10/2014) and it will contain new content.
